a) When Visiting the Website (Server Log Files)

Our website is built and hosted using the Wix platform (Wix.com Ltd., Namal 40, Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel). When you access our website (www.riazconsulting.dewww.riazconsulting.com), the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called server log file. The following data is captured automatically without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • IP address of the requesting computer,

  • Date and time of access,

  • Name and URL of the retrieved file,

  • Website from which access was made (Referrer URL),

  • Browser type and version used, your computer's operating system, and the name of your access provider.

This data is processed by Wix to guarantee a smooth connection setup, ensure comfortable use of our website, and evaluate system security and stability.

Legal Basis & Processor Agreement: The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes of data collection listed above. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) with Wix in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

International Data Transfers: Israel is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. To the extent that data is transferred to Wix servers or subcontractors located in the United States or other third countries, this transfer is legally safeguarded by Wix's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the execution of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

b) When Using Our Contact Form

We provide you with the opportunity to contact us via a form on our website. To submit an inquiry, entering a first name, surname, and a valid email address is mandatory so that we know who sent the request and can respond to it. Additional information (such as your organization) can be provided voluntarily.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, based on the voluntary consent you provide via the corresponding selection checkbox (Opt-In) on the form. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted once your inquiry has been fully handled, provided that no statutory storage obligations prevent erasure.

You can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases or exclude them entirely. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

4. Sharing of Data

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We will only share your personal data with third parties if:

  • You have given your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
